Dr. Eve Mobrand PHD

As a child Dr Mobrand had been displaced five different times due to planets developing battle grounds for the ICL. As she grew up she saw the game adversely affect more and more people: gambling rings, people practicing for the games by killing people outside of it, and a general desensitization to death. All of these things lead to her wanting to shut the ICL down. She plans to do so by collecting evidence of the games adverse effects on the galaxy, Interviewing criminals, spectators, players, and owners; until she has enough data.
